At Bendata, we want every order to be processed, packed and delivered in a clear and secure way.

This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, shipping, tracking, delivery issues, customs duties and returned shipments are handled for purchases made through our official website: https://officialbendata.com/.

2. Order processing time

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Our standard order processing time is 3–5 business days.

Processing time refers to the time needed to receive the order, verify payment, prepare the products, pack the order and hand it over to the shipping carrier.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping time begins once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

During product drops, high-volume periods, holidays or exceptional circumstances, processing times may be longer.

3. Shipping destinations

Bendata offers shipping to selected destinations displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or not ship orders to countries, regions or addresses affected by shipping restrictions, carrier limitations, sanctions, regulatory restrictions, unsafe delivery conditions or operational limitations.

We do not ship to incomplete, unidentifiable or clearly incorrect addresses.

We do not ship one order to multiple addresses. If you want to ship products to different addresses, you must place separate orders.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Shipping costs may vary depending on destination, order value, package weight, shipping method and carrier availability.

Indicative shipping rates may include:

European Union: €12.99
United Kingdom: €19.99
Switzerland: €24.99
United States / Canada: €29.99

The final shipping cost is the amount displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other local charges that may apply outside the European Union.

5. Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch may be:

Italy: 1–4 business days
European Union: 3–8 business days
United Kingdom and Switzerland: 4–10 business days
United States and Canada: 5–15 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, strikes, high-volume periods, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts or events outside Bendata’s control.

6. Tracking

All Bendata orders are shipped with tracking where available.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number or tracking link by email, SMS or through the contact details provided at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information and be available for delivery.

7. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at assistancebendata@gmail.com.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to update the address.

If the order has already been processed, packed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Bendata is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, return-to-sender shipments or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to Bendata because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be required to pay new shipping costs before the order is shipped again.

8. Failed delivery, refused delivery or unclaimed package

If a package cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, does not collect the package or provides incorrect delivery information, the package may be returned to Bendata.

In these cases, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, storage fees, customs charges, carrier fees and reshipping costs.

If the customer wants the order to be shipped again, new shipping costs may apply.

If the customer refuses to pay the required reshipping or return-related costs, Bendata may deduct applicable costs from any refund where permitted by applicable law.

9. Package marked as delivered

If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, Bendata does not issue automatic refunds or replacements.

Before contacting us, please check:

the shipping address in your order confirmation;
your mailbox, building entrance, reception or safe place;
with neighbours or household members;
with the local carrier or delivery point.

If the package is still missing, contact us at assistancebendata@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email.

Bendata may open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Any refund, replacement or store credit will be evaluated only after the outcome of the carrier investigation.

10. Lost packages

If a package appears to be lost in transit, Bendata may open a claim or investigation with the shipping carrier.

A package is not considered lost only because delivery is delayed.

Refunds or replacements for lost packages are not issued automatically and will be evaluated after the carrier investigation.

Bendata is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

11. Damaged package at delivery

If the package appears damaged, opened or tampered with at delivery, the customer should take photos before opening it and contact Bendata as soon as possible.

Where possible, the customer should report the issue to the carrier at the time of delivery.

To help us evaluate the issue, the customer must provide:

order number;
checkout email;
photos of the outer package;
photos of the shipping label;
photos or videos of the product and the issue;
a clear description of the problem.

Without sufficient evidence, Bendata may not be able to open a carrier claim or approve a refund or replacement.

12. Customs duties, import taxes and international fees

For shipments outside the European Union, the customer may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees or other local charges.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes and local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Bendata does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If a package is refused, abandoned or returned because the customer does not pay customs duties, import taxes or local charges, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees and additional costs incurred by Bendata.

These costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.

Customs clearance may cause delays that are outside Bendata’s control.

13. Shipping restrictions

Bendata may be unable to ship to certain countries, regions or addresses due to carrier limitations, sanctions, legal restrictions, customs restrictions, unsafe delivery areas or operational reasons.

Orders to restricted destinations may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

14. Order security

For security reasons, Bendata may verify, hold or cancel orders that appear suspicious, incomplete, inconsistent or potentially fraudulent.

We may request additional information to verify an order before shipping.

If we cannot verify the order or if we believe the order may be fraudulent or unauthorized, we reserve the right to cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.

15. Carrier delays and force majeure

Bendata is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

carrier delays;
customs delays;
strikes;
weather conditions;
natural disasters;
public holidays;
technical issues;
high-volume shipping periods;
