Bendata does not accept PayPal as a payment method.

Bendata does not request payments outside the official checkout of officialbendata.com.

Customers must not send manual payments, bank transfers, PayPal payments, cash payments or other unofficial payments unless expressly requested by Bendata through official channels.

Any refund, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times displayed on the website or communicated by Bendata are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, failure to collect the parcel, strikes, holidays, weather events, force majeure events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to Bendata due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be required to pay new shipping costs before the order is shipped again.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information where available.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, Bendata does not issue automatic refunds or replacements. In case of a delivery dispute, Bendata may open an investigation with the carrier and any decision will be evaluated after the outcome of the investigation.

8. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

No refund is issued only because a customer contacts us by WhatsApp, email, direct message or social media.

Refunds are processed only for verified Bendata orders placed through our official checkout.

For any return, exchange or refund request, the customer must provide the order number, the email used at checkout and the full name of the order holder.

Items sent back without prior return approval may be rejected.

Refunds are issued only after Bendata has received and inspected the returned item, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, complete with original tags, labels, packaging and accessories, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Bendata reserves the right to reject a refund or apply a partial refund if the returned item is used, washed, damaged, incomplete, altered, dirty, missing original tags or packaging, affected by odours, stains or signs of wear, or does not match the item originally shipped.

9. Damaged, defective or wrong items

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact Bendata within the timeframe stated in our Returns & Refund Policy and provide all requested evidence, including photos or videos of the package, shipping label, item and issue.

If the issue is confirmed, Bendata may offer a replacement, repair, refund or other appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

Damage caused by misuse, wear, washing, intentional damage, improper handling or customer negligence is not considered a product defect.

10. Fraud prevention and order security

To protect Bendata, our customers and our services, we reserve the right to verify, decline, cancel or limit orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, abusive or inconsistent with our policies.

This may include orders involving suspicious payment activity, inconsistent customer details, repeated return abuse, unusual purchase patterns, false claims, chargeback abuse, delivery disputes, identity misuse or attempts to obtain refunds without a verified order.

We do not process refunds for unverified orders.

We do not process refunds through WhatsApp, direct messages, manual bank transfers, PayPal, cash or unofficial payment methods.
