Returns & Refund Policy

At Bendata, every order is checked and prepared with care. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged items and refunds are handled for purchases made through our official website: https://officialbendata.com/.

For security reasons, returns and refunds are handled only for verified Bendata orders placed through our official checkout. We do not process refunds through WhatsApp, direct messages, manual bank transfers, PayPal, cash or any payment method different from the original payment method used at checkout.

For any return, exchange or refund request, the customer must provide the order number, the email used at checkout and the full name of the order holder.

Return period

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the day the order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, free from stains, odours or signs of wear, with all original tags, labels, packaging and accessories included.

Proof of purchase is required for every return request.

How to request a return

To request a return, contact us at assistancebendata@gmail.com or through our official support channel and include:

order number
email used at checkout
full name of the order holder
reason for the request
photos or videos, if the request concerns damage, defects, wrong item or delivery issues

If the return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the return.

Items sent back to Bendata without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed Bendata error or a confirmed defective item.

The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it is delivered to Bendata. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Bendata is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, delayed or not delivered by the carrier chosen by the customer.

Inspection of returned items

After receiving the returned item, Bendata will inspect its condition before approving or rejecting the refund.

The receipt of a return package does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Bendata may document the opening of return packages and the condition of returned items with photos and videos for internal verification, quality control and fraud prevention.

Bendata reserves the right to reject the refund or apply a partial refund if the item is returned used, washed, damaged, altered, incomplete, dirty, without original tags, without original packaging, with odours, stains or signs of wear, or if the returned item does not match the item originally shipped.

If a return is rejected, the customer may request to have the item shipped back at their own expense.

Refunds

If the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are not issued through WhatsApp, PayPal, manual bank transfer, cash, store-to-person transfers or any method different from the original payment method.

Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may require additional time to post the refund to the customer’s account.

Original shipping costs

Original shipping costs may not be refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the return is due to a confirmed Bendata error or a confirmed defective item.

If only part of an order is returned, shipping costs are not refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

For size exchanges, the customer must first request a return. Once the returned item is received and approved, Bendata may offer an exchange, store credit or instructions to place a new order, depending on stock availability.

If the customer selected the wrong size, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of shipping the replacement item may also be charged to the customer, unless Bendata decides otherwise.

If Bendata shipped the wrong size or wrong item, Bendata will cover the necessary shipping costs after verification.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Customers must inspect the order as soon as it is delivered.

If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact Bendata within 48 hours from delivery and provide:

order number
email used at checkout
photos of the outer package
photos of the shipping label
photos or videos of the item and the issue
a clear description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, Bendata may offer a replacement, repair, refund or another appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Damage caused by misuse, wear, washing, intentional damage, improper handling or customer negligence is not considered a product defect.

Package damaged at delivery

If the package appears damaged, opened or tampered with at delivery, the customer should take photos before opening it and contact Bendata immediately.

Where possible, the customer should report the issue to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Without sufficient evidence, Bendata may not be able to open a claim with the carrier or approve a refund or replacement.

Package marked as delivered

If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, Bendata does not issue automatic refunds or replacements.

In case of a delivery dispute, Bendata may open an investigation with the carrier. Any refund, replacement or store credit will be evaluated only after the outcome of the carrier investigation.

Wrong or incomplete shipping address

The customer is responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

Bendata is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, return-to-sender shipments or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to Bendata because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the package, the customer may be required to pay new shipping costs before the order is shipped again.

Cancellations

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. For this reason, cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has been placed.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at assistancebendata@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email.

If the order has already been processed, packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, the customer may request a return after delivery, according to this policy.

Bendata reserves the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect customer information, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, violation of our Terms of Service or other operational reasons.

If Bendata cancels an already paid order, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items

Returns may not be accepted for:

items returned after the return period
items used, worn or washed
items without original tags or labels
items without original packaging or accessories
items with stains, odours or signs of wear
items damaged by the customer
items altered, repaired or modified by the customer
items returned without prior approval
items that do not match the original order
gift cards, if available
personalized or custom-made items, if clearly stated on the product page
final sale items, where permitted by applicable law

Repeated or abusive return requests

Bendata reserves the right to monitor repeated, excessive or suspicious return activity.

In case of repeated abuse, suspected fraud or behaviour that violates this policy, Bendata may refuse future orders, limit return options or reject return requests where permitted by applicable law.
